The CoE was created when Dake was set up - a testimony to the important role it plays in all our operations. Instead of single department, it functions like an eco-system of federated CoEs proliferated across the organization - from corporate to customer, domain to technology. A Technology Board, headed by our CEO, monitors and streamlines CoE initiatives. A number of internal initiatives like contests, exhibitions, expert interactions ensure that our teams are always at the forefront of technology change. CoE leaders mentor aspiring solution architects through a structured 2 year program jointly undertaken with our HR department.
