As a young entrepreneur she teamed up with the visionaries to establish a niche ICT company. She steered the organisation through the economic tides in the recent past to stabilise the growth of the company. Experience in the financial arena that she amassed is more than her qualifications.

Mr. Hari serves as Technical Director of Dake, South Africa. He has more than 12 years of experience working in numerous services industries, including technology, utility and consulting. During past 7 years, Mr. Hari has spent considerable time building business research capabilities with Dake. Hari drives and champions the company’s engineering best practices for creating the highest quality products with greatest operational efficiencies.

Mr. Ramesh is the right fit to lead our Business Development, with his client liaising skills that he had accumulated as a service delivery professional in his early years of IT. His combined IT and Non-IT experience of 11 years, working with various kinds of clients has given him the knack to understand the needs of the customer efficiently and translate it to the internal teams for the apt solutions. Apart from identifying new frontiers of business, he manages the levels of expectations of the existing clients to sustain them for a long time.

Mr. Suresh leads the Portfolio Management in the organisation. He has shown a commendable growth over the last 9 years from being a team lead to managing multiple projects effectively, keeping the interests of the customer first. His people management skills prove his ability to interpret the direction from the visionaries in the company to the execution plan for the teams to fall in.
